Pierwszy etap instalacji a już problem, po podaniu nazwy użytkownika i emaila komunikat ze użytkownik już istnieje, ok zmieniam nazwę a tu komunikat ze e-mail już istnieje. To jest porażka
The camera is working and will connect to the monitor but not the app.

The app is great, but they do not have picture and picture for iOS. They only have it for android which is kind of crazy. It’s pretty easy to have them update the software to have picture in picture for the iOS iPhones and iPads they should really get on that Especially for the price they’re charging for the products.

I have this camera 9 years now and it easy to set up ever clear I recommend any one to buy this camera

Set-up is fairly easy. Fair pic and video quality. Shows the temperature.
If only we could give zero stars, we’d do it in a heartbeat. Bought this a few years ago, and now they’re charging to use the app. I cannot recommend this application or any monitor that uses it. Find another product.

Won’t recognize my network even if the camera, router & phone are within inches of each other!
This app has worked no problem for 2 years and now out of nowhere it crashes every time I open it.. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with not being compatible with the iPhone 16 but Hubble you need to do better and fix it!!
Got a notice on the app today that In order to continue to use the camera I am forced to pay a one time fee!! This is absurd and not what I agreed to when I purchased the camera! Be aware of this scam company!!
Have 3 of these cams for over a decade. Early on I had their streaming service which was pretty useless so cancelled it years ago, didn’t need it, everything worked and there was no requirement for any other service. With the latest update to the free app, access to the cams is completely cut off unless you pay a one time fee. Hey, I already paid the fee when I bought the cams and there was never an obligation to sustain a service or unlock any features. Pure scam. I’ll be seeking relief if this is not rescinded.
I bought several of their cameras a few years ago and now they are useless unless I pay again for their “unlimited streaming service “ well it was free when I bought the cameras with no expiration date so now they change their mind and want me to pay more! No thanks!! The cameras weren’t that great anyways and what’s gonna stop them from changing their mind next year and charging more for what is supposed to be a service included with the purchase!? I’m deleting the app and never purchasing any of their products!

I just found this device going thru some things. It was easy to connect and instantly worked the two way audio is perfect for how I’m going to use this. 8-10. Only an 8 as I’m a security tech and know what a 10 device is but it gets an 8

The APP constantly crashes, how can they possibly expect to keep customers when they don’t care to fix the issues with their operating platform!?!? Worst camera monitoring service ever… Do yourself the favor and shop elsewhere.
Have been using the app for years and it was included with the product. They are now charging $10 to stream your camera. It’s not an astronomical amount of money but the principle of it. It’s like buying a car and all of sudden you can’t start it until you pay a fee to the automaker. Scary!
Does anyone from Hubble ever respond to support questions?? I’m canceling my free trial and going with a different camera since they don’t reply in a timely fashion. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service,
These cameras are absolutely amazing and have helped me for many years with many, many things.

I had issues getting connected to wifi this last time I used it after owning it for five years and never having any problems.. but I got a new router today and the camera seems to be working fine now that we have a new router. Great camera when it’s working and set up properly!
Have trusted Hubble for 8 yrs now
The basic view and notifications for sound and motion where advertised free with camera purchase. The app has now made these features only available behind a pay wall. App does nothing without paying AGAIN.

Live stream doesn't work from home. I can't view for almost3 months Ysyyyy I'm pushing for the service. I can only view at home. The updates don't help refreshing didn't either.

Bn with the Hubble Family for a good 6 yrs at the least. Minus a yr during construction. Just hooked up my Motorola focus cameras which I love Big 5 many moons ago on sale just can’t find a better camera though Kasa is nose to nose and Wyze are my top 3. But back to improvements. The sounds why not record and play back the sound the activates the events and registers it. But why does it not record so I can play it back. And need to hear when someone is in my house or how they’re getting in. Picking the locks or have copies of my keys and what the heck they’re searching through while I’m gone and they’re not phyisically on camera . But they sure are inside my house le I want to hear them. The other cameras software mentioned record sound and I can play back The other change is this new lifetime service which i went ahead and got this time usually I have the essential plan I didn’t know life time does not include daily events summarized all in one I would think the lifetime included everything available but No and only 2 cameras permitted WTH do needless to say I have to cancel that and go back to essential what a pain hopefully the price is the same and more cameras allowed

After purchasing the hardware and owning it for several years, we were notified that we could no longer use it without paying more money. The comfort of knowing our child is sleeping safely has been taken hostage. Shame on you.
Absolutely the worst system for our baby Motorola camera. Disconnects after 30-40 seconds of working time. Reconnects occasionally. Have to reset the app to get the video streaming. Sometimes it doesn’t even connect.
Very valuable baby monitor. Used the same one for both my babies which are 3 years apart. Very straight forward and long lasting . Connection and video quality is awesome

I am using this camera as a baby monitor to hear my child in her room if she wakes up in the middle of the night. Since I was required to pay a one time fee for free streaming, it starting freezing after a period of usage. Never had that poor service before and how that I have to pay I can barely use it.

Very Happy with the monitor and the app. We live in a 2 story house so having a monitor on my 1 & 3 year old is just a must! The Hubble app works great with it. It allows me to carry my phone in my pocket and watch both my kids while napping at the same time! Occasionally a little trouble getting the stream but could be my wifi. Highly recommend

Bought the camera years ago and use it daily. Won’t recommend because they have changed the app from an included service with purchase of the camera-a feature I loved- to an additional cost. Refuse to pay for something that used to be included.
Now that I paid to continue using the cameras it seems that it’s buffering more longer and it times out and asks you to try again to connect. And we go all over again for several times that I just give up. Before when it was “free” I could view and capture pictures. Now it’s not available anymore. I’m thinking of getting new cameras and canceling the Hubble subscription.
Paid the membership so that I could hook up two cameras, but the second camera still won't work in the app. The cameras only work if one is connected. I reached out to customer service with the app troubleshooting specs and they never replied. I want my money back!
Used app since 2020 with my child, recently it requests a paid subscription to work.
