Works alright for us
I dont understand all the negative feedback, my wife and I never have the issues described in a lot of the recent reviews. The mobile app seems responsive , rarely crashes or cuts out. The camera itself is solid. The same can be said whether we are on our LAN or away from home.
There are many possible issues, Id recommend putting the IP address of the camera in your routers dmz field before saying the software doesnt work correctly. I cant comment on their support because their solution works as expected. Hope this helps future viewers, good luck!
