Server problem!!!!!

There is still server problem on going. Pls solve this problem. Now we can not connect ot server and camera. It always says invalid password. But Im sure password and username is correct.

Mostly ok

Im actually rather impressed with how well it works. Connecting to the camera was incredibly easy and all of the controls from the actual parent unit are available right here in the app. The only issue weve run into is that you cannot successfully start the music for the baby from the app. It plays for the first second of the time and then stops. From the actual parent unit its fine. Fixing that would make it just fine.

Terrible horrible app for an expensive monitor

I HATE this app. Takes forever to figure out how to get the camera to connect to my phone EVERYTIME!!! My baby wakes up from her nap and Im still trying to connect! Ridiculous that Motorola even has this app available for download. Id return it if I wasnt such a hassle and I wasnt so busy attending to my newborn

Works alright for us

I dont understand all the negative feedback, my wife and I never have the issues described in a lot of the recent reviews. The mobile app seems responsive , rarely crashes or cuts out. The camera itself is solid. The same can be said whether we are on our LAN or away from home. There are many possible issues, Id recommend putting the IP address of the camera in your routers dmz field before saying the software doesnt work correctly. I cant comment on their support because their solution works as expected. Hope this helps future viewers, good luck!

Use if your interested in the Cry It Out method

I was a big advocate at first because I love the idea of having my phone as a baby monitor, but this app is constantly having server issues. Nothing like waking up to a spinning "frozen" emblem on your baby monitor and realize your baby is crying -- a baby that coos when she wakes up, not cries. How long was she awake? Ill never know with this garbage system. Ive been using this for a few weeks now & this is the final straw. Ill be returning the monitor today. Totally unreliable.

This is the worse garbage I have ever had to deal with in my life Hubble spends more time down then operating I have no security cameras now as they once again have been down over 8 hours my property is in danger due to Hubble and Motorola stay away from this very poor service and they do not care only a legal remedy will take care of it

Update 6-8-16 broke remote login

App was just ok up until the 6-8-16 update which has broken my capabilities of logging in remotely from my iPhone 6 Plus. Prior to the update the app was functional, but would still take a long time to log in and only over LTE. Any attempt at logging in remotely on another wifi network is not allowed for some reason, however I can log in to other devices like my best thermostat over another wifi network with no problem. Please, fix the server problem that www broken recently, and allow for login over another wifi network.

Horrible

Terrible service and even worse customer service. Sever goes down constantly with no warnings for extended periods of time rendering the app useless. Overseas customer service agents just apologize and say "were working on it" - utter garbage

Ergh.

I love that the planned outage is overnight... Like when I need to use it for when my baby is sleeping in the nursery. Rather frustrating!

I had big hopes

I was really hoping this would work for us. I work 3rd shift while my husband takes care of our baby at night and it gives me great comfort to check on him when Im not there. It worked for awhile but now theyre constantly doing "maintenance" so the app doesnt work. When it does work, the screen breaks up and freezes frequently. Very disappointed.

Per Motorola ... "Major Outage"

The app and its servers remain non-functional some 36 hours after Motorola promised theyd be operational again. I cant use the camera or any of its features to check on my kiddo. This stinks. And, theres no support available from Motorola. Total nonsense, a waste of time and a complete waste of money.

Terrible

Dont buy these baby cams if you think youll be able to see remotely on your phone. The app doesnt work. It never works. They need to completely redo this app and start over from scratch.

Dont buy any Motorola products

All Motorsports products are terrible, including this one. The monitor I have is terrible and has been replaced twice! This app never works! Always freezes up, sends movement notifications when theres no baby in the crib, but then when they baby is crying and moving around in there, no notifications?! Just a frozen camera. Also, havent been able to log on for days. Terrible products!

Worked great up until now 6-9-16. Now theres major outages all the time and down for maintenance ALL day. Very annoying

Remote login broken sporadic notifications

Hmm. What happened? Latest update has broken remote login. Getting errors that cant connect to server. Have always had issues with motion detection notifications. Always sends false notifications. I have the sensitivity set to the lowest setting, but it never fails, sends notifications saying that that theres motion but there is not. At least fix the server issue!!

Was amazing

DO NOT UP DATE!!! every time we update our cameras they take away a feature. Its horrible! Now since this last update we can not connect to our cameras! Why fix something thats not broken. -- A very unhappy customer.

Total waste of time

This is surely one of the biggest letdowns ever. The fact is that Motorolas sales will soon be affected as well because of this unreliable service. What a shame. The idea is wonderful but the execution is like watching my dog eat poop.

Very inconsistent and unreliable

We have been using this baby monitor since our son was born in September 2015. We have had constant problems with it since the beginning, and a plethora of problems with this app as well. Typically a connectivity issue is the problem. We had taken to unplugging the camera daily to reset it- otherwise the app would say it couldnt connect to it. The last couple weeks we noticed we didnt have to do that, its been pretty stable and reliable so they must have done a firmware update on the camera. Finally everything is working like it should. Until...the recent Hubble app update. Now its telling me it cant connect to the server and I need to connect "offline" until the wifi signal is better (when its already a high signal), often asking me to sign in (which I rarely had to do prior to the update), my husband who works 48 hour shifts and likes to peek in on baby whenever he can- can no longer connect remotely through the app, and my BIGGEST complaint with this update is when I do connect- I have no sound. I have sound on the monitor that came with the camera, but no sound on the app. Great. Updates are supposed to IMPROVE function, not regress function. When everything works well and as it should its a great product (which is why it gets 2 instead of 1 star). But that seems to be a rarity.

Very unstable, latest update gutted the efficacy of this app

To make a long story short, the latest update ruined the app, leaving it only marginally functional for live viewing. Sensitivity and notifications currently nonfunctional on iOS 9.3.2.

It was great until yesterday when it stopped working. "Major outages" all the time.
