App is not working properly after upgrade 4.3.5

Impossible to connect camera and iPhone

No live screen

The live monitoring screen is black and no images. I can only hear the sounds from the camera. I am using iphone 4 ios 7.1.2

Dreadful after the update

The app used to work, although with several limitations (late or absent notifications, frequent disconnects, random logouts). After the 4.0 and 4.1 updates, the list of motion events is usually off by 8/10 hours (might be a problem with timezone settings, it used to work just fine so it was broken by the update). Also, the app delivers past notifications all at once. Last, you get notifications but not the corresponding recording. Everything works on the web app, so this is a problem with the notification server. Also, it is now impossible to play past events from the app. All in all, if those problems are not fixed, I’ll have to return my camera.

Works great when it works

Worked great when it works. Forgot password and clicked the forgot password link on both my phone, wifes phone, and my computer. Took over 48 hours to receive the email to change password and by then the link expired. Rendered the minister useless except the little screen that came With the camera. Very frustrated.

Bug

The app doesnt save the settings for motion notifications. I turn it off, it says it has saved new settings and then its back on. Terribly annoying. Please fix this bug!

Junk

This app/cam is junk. Its constantly loosing the camera. I go through the setup process at least 3 times a week. Im looking for something that works to replace it now.

NOTIFICATIONS BROKEN

PLEASE please fix the notifications on the app. This is a safety issue.

Good choice

App is good. Some people are not following all instructions. If you use the wifi then the app is solid and there will seldom be any screen freezes. If you have issues make sure your wifi is solid as that may be the culprit. Also make sure you update the app to its most current version. Initial setup is a little figuring out. Its not too bad. Call customer service if you need help.

If app works....

If the app works its great. 90% of the time it fails to log in, fails to connect to camera or show a 17 min loading screen. Worse than AOL dial up....

Unreliable service

The servers are highly unreliable as is motion detection and recording. I can get seemingly indefinite connecting to camera while attempting live monitoring. And motion detection totally missed big things like cars driving by for hours and then records distant leaves moving every 5 minutes. Sensitivity settings make no difference. Playing recorded video from their servers is super jerky and slow. Downloaded video is also jerky and does not allow scrubbing (manually positioning the play head dot). Cannot pinch zoom recorded video, only live. Cannot open still shots larger than the displayed thumbnail. Compared to Dropcam this is a total joke.

App is worse than ever, picture quality terrible

Live feed has a lot of distortion issues, even with strong wifi or LTE service on phone and to camera. Notifications I want randomly stop working, ones I dont want and turn off continue anyways. Cant change my temperature notifications. It remains at notify above 80 degrees when I want it to tell me when its above 75, due to having an elderly chinchilla that cant handle temps above 75. Utterly disappointed.

Doesnt work

Receive notifications of motion detection every minute. Have set the sensitivity right down, but doesnt make a difference. Have to log out to stop receiving notifications. Other times dont receive any notifications at all. Image is poor quality and cant make it full screen, so pointless having HD. Would return camera if I could. Complete waste of money.

Junk

What a waste of money. The app never connects to the camera so the app functionality is useless. How does Motorola get away with making such a crap product and worse, how have they not addressed the issue and fixed it? Mines going back and I Motorola has lost a customer for life.

Ever since the last update I have not been able to connect my camera through the app I am very frustrated by this

Can not deactivate motion detection

I have iPhone 6s iOS 9.2.1 and Hubble app 4.3.1 and I cant deactivate the motion detection.

Junk - Gabage

Bought 4 cameras with full ability to capture video and still clips. Motorola decided to go to a full subscription service and took those features away and you can no longer do either. The only function left is a thumb nail capture which you cant even zoom on. Dont buy this junk from a deceptive and misleading manufacturer - full bait and switch. Left with $300.00 in junk ! Can no longer shutoff motion on app after forced firmware upgrades that take place in the middle of the night sending notifications that wake you up.

Terrible. Constantly cuts out and not because of the strength of my internet connection.

No live feed

Live feed works when you initially set up the cameras, but once you turn off the app there is no longer any. Trying to get it back is very very frustrating.
