App doesnt work well at all. Cannot log in remotely most times and when and if I am able to log in, the app runs extremely slow. Push a button to change cameras or view videos and there is a serious lag in the app going from one thing to another. App is unstable.
This is the worst app and camera Ive ever dealt with. The technical issues are one after another. If the servers arent down for their seemingly weekly "fixes" they arent connecting or are pixelated and laggy. Have tried countless times to reach customer support for solutions. I get the same unhelpful response saying my firmware is out of date and to update it. Funny how it wouldnt allow it to update. Just awful I could go on for days about this terrible camera and app. I just want my money back, shocker they wont refund.
Miserable and just never gets better. Cant log in and when you can you cant get to cameras or past video. Always has issues and maintenance going on. Not a service you could EVER depend on!!!! I give it zero stars!
Got our Hubble in April of 2015. Worked great for awhile but it has gotten increasingly unreliable and buggy the last 6 months. Often will fail to login to server at all and if it does, it wont connect to camera. This morning it seems to have forgotten our login info, telling me I have the wrong login ID or password. Which is false. Have it written down and verified with the wife, and it has not been changed. Motorola should can do much better.
Cant log into my account, can reset password. Probably return the camera.
Just got my 3rd one from the store. None of them worked right. They wont connect to app/system/wifi. It freezes and drops signal all the time. Dont buy this product!!!
This is the first significant derogatory post Ive ever done. This product is causing the Motorola product to be basically worthless. It takes forever to connect, even with great Wi-Fi, loses connection all the time and has a poor picture.it basically makes my Motorola camera worthless and Im going to try another way of fixing it.
Bought this monitor in 2015 and it worked beautifully. Of course there were a few blips here and there but thats to be expected. But lately its been an absolute battle to get it to connect. Now with the latest update its rarely connecting and when it does, it stops after a short while meaning I no longer can see or hear my child if he wakes up in the middle of the night. When it does decide to connect, I get hundreds of "motion detected" notifications when there is NO motion whatsoever. This is absolutely ridiculous that it doesnt work and it all stems from the latest "update" which made everything worse instead of improving anything.
The Hubble app looks good and has a nice designs to it. However, it barely functions properly. It takes forever to connect to the camera to view it... if it even connects. The app barely chugs along as you move from screen to screen, and is very slow to respond to touch input. For as expensive as these video monitors are, the app is horrendous.
Terrible product! Loses the video feed all the time and the app is horrible. Wished I never bought this!
Last version is crashing on iPhone 5S and iPad Air on iOS 9.1 with the Focus 85 It crashes when the cam is on. Seriously you cannot sell security cams and compromise that security with bad software...
It downloads it in a total strange language, Polish I guess. And you cant change it to another one. Please fix it. I have a Motorola camera and cant use it because of the Hubble app...
Portuguese is not supported
Since the last update has been done, you cant select other language than polish or chezch. Very anoying.

Doenst recognize iphone using portuguese ( brazil) ... And display a wierd language ( seems russian ou poland)
The app should at least be provided in English!
