Motion notification torture

Motion sensor is constantly going off blowing me up with movement notifications even when no one is in the room. I turned off notifications several times but they keep coming

Can I give 0 stars? Worst purchase to date.

This is the worst monitor! Half of the time it doesnt connect. When it does connect, it forgets all of your settings so when you turn motion sensitivity off, your phone will continue to vibrate every few minutes with the slightest movement of the child. Forget it if you have them in a moving cradle to sleep at night! I want my money back! Horrible, no good product.

Garbage

My wifi signal is great and yet this app always lags. Camera is always disconnecting, choppy, and makes random noises.

Constant notifications

I originally loved this app but lately I have been receiving motion alerts every minute despite the fact that there is no movement in the view of the camera. This bug needs to be fixed asap.

Updates worked!

I previously rated it a one star but after the last few updates the app isnt too bad!! A lot of the problems I had, have been fixed! I recommend it now

Bad

Updates have not improved this app. Less functions to view and zoom in on motion and temps not regulated correctly.

Love this app but have one issue!

The new update says that I can manually turn on/off of the night vision. I cannot find that any where. There is no option for that in the app. I want to turn it off when I have light in the room. Please fix!

Great tool

Have a problem with connecting to camera every now and again. When it works its great.

Pet scout 66

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!! This app and the pet scout 66 never seem to work! Very rarely online!! Return the cam and get your money back!!

Disappointed....

So at first my husband & I loved that we had this app to go along w our baby monitor. Then at first glance this app is worlds better than the handheld video component the camera comes w/. Unfortunately having used this now for several wks, I just cannot depend on this app. I am out in kitchen and its working great. . . Then I realize hmmm havent heard ANY sound so I check n its "loading" w the Hubble emblem spinning...over n over its happened. Now the sound is skipping and at least I can hear my baby but when no sound comes...if I were sleeping thinking my baby is sleeping peacefully when in reality the camera stopped n was "loading" n he was screaming...absolutely unacceptable. Scary. I only use this when I am just a outside his area so I can hear w my own ears as well as this. Also we constantly get alerts of movement even when we have that alert shut off. Which I wld love to keep on but its relentless.

Its ok but ....

Use for surveillance of my home while at work . Ill get a notification when ever something moves in my front yard. Even birds . But almost every single time I want to connect to view live feed , it takes forever before Im viewing live video . Also There has been occasions when Ill get something like a 1 1/2 minutes of video of a bunny hopping around in the front . On a different occasion I received a notification and Played the video of a suspicious vehicle entering my driveway .it was only 10 seconds. I was unable to identify who or see what happens . And of course, I try to connect live but all I get is "loading " ... To long for me to be staring at my phone while Im at work . It could have been a bad situation with no help from this device. Very frustrating app. But it works very well when it wants to .

Slow

This was a good camera when I first purchased it. After a few months it started acting slow and would take a long time to view any video if at all.

Wow sooo disappointed!

In a nutshell the app is plain garbage! My 2 year old nephew can write a better app. It almost never connects and is constantly looking for the stream. Sometime it shows an old pic in the stream. How in the hell is this safe??? Also I have a 5 year old foscam 8970, yes stating model, which out performs it in quality sooo much but it has no sound. So I got this piece of junk and want to throw it against the wall! So disappointing ! Motorola please fix the dam app!

Takes forever to load

This app used to work great, but ever since the latest update the camera takes forever to load! Hubble please fix this or go back to your last version! This is unacceptable!

How does one do this? There are no instructions and I see a button in the middle of the pan/tilt arrows but it doesnt do anything. Make this app worthwhile please. Takes forever to connect.

Still get notifications with them off

Out of the blue today began getting movement and sound notifications. Checked settings on all cameras and confirmed theyre off. Need to fix this quickly. Very annoying.

Terrible app

This app never works! It constantly says my camera is offline when I can clearly see it is working with the monitor. Furthermore there is no customer service number/contact so I cant even speak to someone to resolve the issue.

GARBAGE!!!!!!

Weve had this app for a while in hopes that Motorola would fix the issue of not connecting or the skipping of sound. Its constantly trying to load. I can believe a company that is a reputable and as large as Motorola would allow there name to be attached to this. Please what ever you do dont buy this system.

Its good. Educate yourself!

The app is ever improving. Ive been a customer for a year and have been very pleased. The only issues Ive had are internet speed related, not app related. My internet speed is rated at 60mbps. Thats download speed. Upload speed is almost always much slower for everyone. Mine is only 5mbps. Theses cameras rely on upload speed, not download. While a movie may stream perfectly for you, your cameras using upload speed, may not. So, before blaming the cameras and the app, keep that in mind. I have several of these cameras and have experimented with several other brands. The app and Motorola cameras are among the best in this price range. Just educate yourself before buying and know what to expect. Keep moving forward Motorola; youre doing a good job.
