Hubble Connected for Motorola App Reviews

Had this product for more than three months. Worked fine until the last firmware update. All kinds of motion notification issues. You cant stop the motion notifications from uploading photographs. Its a pain in the butt to have to delete 100s of unwanted photographs one at a time and then to have to wrench through application force closures. Contacted Motorola support and provided them all the necessary information. No response. I returned the product and received a full refund. Do not purchase this product until firmware issues are resolved!

The app and camera work fine. I had no problem connecting them through my phone. The picture is clear and works well when in wifi range. The only caveat is that the motion sensor deactivation doesnt work. It is highly frustrating and extremely annoying. My concern is that the motion sensor deactivation problem has been going on for months and months and they still have not fixed it. Again, I have no problems with the app or camera other than the one noted above.

The app is laid out very well but is constantly stoping and starting during streaming due to glitches in the program. I hope Hubbles designers can fix the issue because if they can this could be a great app.

Being able to log into the app to check that your baby is still sleeping so you can enjoy date night makes this monitor and app the best!

The most recent update is causing the camera to go offline multiple times a day. The only way to fix it is to go into the babys room and unplug the camera for a hard reset.

No longer works. Just like the other reviews said you have to unplug it and reset it. Or you could just walk in there and not bother with this crap app.

Since Ive done the update Ive paired an additional camera. I have changed the motion sensor under the notifications to off but it continues to go to on. My phone is constantly vibrating throughout the night on my childs littlest movements. Every time I go into the camera settings I turn it off and it says that it was successful but then I go back and it is on again. The old camera settings are fine and Im worried to mess with it incase I get a similar error.

Dont buy these baby cams if you think youll be able to see remotely on your phone. The app doesnt work. It never connects. Cant update the firmware without software crashing. They need to completely redo this app and start over from scratch.

Phone can only connect to the camera when Im in the room with it. I can no longer connect when Im outside of the house. App used to work ok had to reset it a lot, but this is now just completely useless.

IOS update is no good. Need to fix asap.

We use this app with 2 cameras to watch our autistic sons while they are in their rooms. The app is super easy to use and works amazingly. No issues at all! I love that we can move the cameras to different rooms and watch the kids from our phones even when theyre with a sitter and we arent home.

The app will not let you turn off motion, so the phone will just keep giving you notifications all day. Unless you unplug the camera.

Will undoubtedly fail when you need it most. And dont think you can rely on the monitor that ships with the camera either. Regrettable product.

Worked until recent update. I guess they dont have someone testing these things prior to release.

I got suckered into buying to Motorola focus66 cameras for $99. The cameras work great but the software is just horrible. You cant turn off motion sensitivity if youre not on the same network as the cameras. This was so annoying when we leave our home for an extended period of hours and the shade triggers the cameras even on on the lowest sensitivity setting. This application and less youre on a superfast cell phone connection or cable Internet will not let you view the cameras 90% of the time.

Its crap. Doesnt connect at all. Wish I could give no stars.

Constantly having to re-pair with my device. While out of the house unable to access camera for live streaming. Should have gone with the AT&T camera with wireless capability. No good.

Unable to use over Internet. I build servers for a living and this straight up doesnt work. Unacceptable.
