Horrible!!.

This app is constantly down for "repair" and never works! Would not recommend at all and would strongly suggest purchasing a different baby monitor.

Worthless

Will not connect to the camera because it says I am offline. It will not let me connect online because it says it cant connect to the server. Useless. Delete. Buy something else.

Always down!

This application is always down since the new update! I cant access the camera unless I want to view it offline. Get it together already! Not satisfied at all!

Terrible ever since update

Loved this before the most recent update and now its TERRIBLE. I can never log in and check on my kids. Going to have to find a different product.

Trash

So once you work your way through the extra features they want you to buy... Youll find an app that rarely works. While Im unable to monitor my baby... I am able to stare at a banner on the app to pay for additional services. Terrible, I will be returning the camera tomorrow.

Could be much better

As I write this review, Im receiving a notification about every 10 seconds that motion has been detected by the camera. The sun is rising, which - even with the sensitivity set to low - apparently registers as movement. Though thats probably a hardware issue, Im not able to connect to the server to delete the 60-some pictures its taken in the past few minutes. I can view the pictures, I can even view a live stream of the camera, but the app wont let me delete the pictures and gives me an error to check my network connection - my fully functioning high speed network connection, that has no problems otherwise. Sadly, a good idea has been woefully turned into an annoying failure.

I cant delete my pictures it says servers are unreachable when every time I try to delete the pictures I am about to report this app

Motorola hubble app

Seems to be working well at the moment..hope its monitored and continues to be reliable to get more stars. Important that its reliable.

Fast customer service

I love the camera. They app is pretty good. On wifi it is fast. When Im not connected to wifi it is a little slow. But I cant complain. I emailed customer service this am questioning the ability to have multiple logins and they answered really fast. Thumbs up to customer service.

Generally ok

After being down for 2 1/2 days for an update I expected more but honestly its been working worse since your update. I do like that I can click on the snapshot and enlarge it. But I really just wish it would connect to the camera quicker from my phone.

Reliability

I agree with the 6/10 review. I have elderly pets and use the app to make all is well. After the most recent "server" issues, I no longer can connect to the camera in real time. I am seriously looking at alternatives. I am giving 2 stars cuz I get a least something.

Bugged

Since I downloaded the app strange things started happening to my camera. I would not be anywhere near the camera and Id be looking at my video monitor and it would move on its own. I am now deleting the app as I dont trust that its secure and that whoever the developer is can access the video feed and I dont feel like my child is safe.

Trash

Works about 1% of the time. The other 99% of the time Hubble is installing "updates" that actually fix anything. Lots better cameras out there.

Horribly inconsistent

Can go from getting 20 notifications in an hour, to nothing for a week. Incredibly hard to sync with, especially if you have multiple cameras. The stand alone monitor and camera is just as miserable and wish I could return.

Fix most recent update

This app worked amazing before this most recent update. Now I cant use it what so ever. Constantly switches between "connecting to camera" or "camera is inaccessible". I use this to monitor my kids after getting home from school and now during the summer for piece of mind. Looks like Ill be buying a new product because this one doesnt work.

Failed Connecting to WiFi Disastrously

I have managed to fail 3 different ways, 2 without error codes and 1 with, in the last 2 hours. I can build and overclock a computer from the base components, I setup my own network, and work in IT but this is ridiculous. I did upgrade the firmware and that made no difference. I can see the camera broadcasting in WiFi on my iOS devices but cannot get the camera to connect to the router WiFi (hidden or public SID makes no difference) Error code 1202 does not exist according to Hubbles site. The monitor itself is mostly good and it is way too late to return it. With another baby on the way I might just give up and switch brands especially with an increase in business travel.

Worked now doesn’t work

I’m joining the pitchfork and torch mob regarding the Hubble app update failure in hopes that someone involved with its development will put down their sandwich and fix this turkey. We have had this monitor system for over a year and it worked pretty well, not great but well enough. Since the latest app update camera connections wont happen. App crashes on iPhone 5s every time it tries, iPad just spins and spins and spins…Until they fix this I would suggest looking for an alternative system.

Im paying for a terrible service

Remote viewing on high bandwidth on host and client stopped worked after this update. My 60 dollar foscam is more reliable than this 300 dollar camera. In addition the latest update seems to trigger the motion detector on everything.

CANT CREATE AN ACCOUNT!!!

What the hell is wrong with this app. Every name I put in already exists. Then it reads, time out!!!! Omg this is a poor made app!!!
