Very inconsistent and unreliable
We have been using this baby monitor since our son was born in September 2015. We have had constant problems with it since the beginning, and a plethora of problems with this app as well. Typically a connectivity issue is the problem. We had taken to unplugging the camera daily to reset it- otherwise the app would say it couldnt connect to it. The last couple weeks we noticed we didnt have to do that, its been pretty stable and reliable so they must have done a firmware update on the camera. Finally everything is working like it should. Until...the recent Hubble app update. Now its telling me it cant connect to the server and I need to connect "offline" until the wifi signal is better (when its already a high signal), often asking me to sign in (which I rarely had to do prior to the update), my husband who works 48 hour shifts and likes to peek in on baby whenever he can- can no longer connect remotely through the app, and my BIGGEST complaint with this update is when I do connect- I have no sound. I have sound on the monitor that came with the camera, but no sound on the app. Great. Updates are supposed to IMPROVE function, not regress function. When everything works well and as it should its a great product (which is why it gets 2 instead of 1 star). But that seems to be a rarity.
